By connecting your ecommerce store or platform to the Service, you grant us permission to access and process the data necessary to provide pricing optimization, including but not limited to:

• Product catalog information

• Sales and order data

• Inventory and variant details

• Historical pricing and performance metrics

You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Subscription Fees

Fees for the Service are listed on our website or communicated directly to you. All fees:

• Are billed in advance

• Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• May change at any time

5.2 Automatic Billing

Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

5.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Interfere with other users’ access

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems

• Upload malicious code or attempt security breaches

7. Availability and Support

Support is provided through the channels listed in your subscription plan.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including software, algorithms, pricing models, dashboards, analytics, brand assets, and documentation—are owned by the Company.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

9. Machine Learning & Optimization Models

Our pricing algorithms may use aggregated, anonymized merchant data to:

• Improve discount recommendations

• Train machine learning models

• Generate insights and performance benchmarks

We do not use identifiable merchant or customer data for these purposes.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Fail to pay fees
  Engage in abusive or fraudulent conduct
  Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

We are not liable for any loss or disruption caused by termination.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon account termination:

• We may retain certain data as required for legal or administrative purposes

• You may request deletion of your store data as permitted under applicable laws

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

You acknowledge that pricing and discount decisions are made at your sole discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from usage of the Promi Platform.

This includes damages related to revenue loss, pricing outcomes, or business interruption.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your pricing decisions or store operations

15. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with ecommerce platforms or third-party tools (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
Your use of such integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services.

16. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service at any time.
