Launching Campaigns

Once you've filled out all of your campaign details, you're ready to launch your campaign! To do so, you will need to navigate to the "launch" tab and fill out the active dates using the inputs below:

Once you click "Launch", you will be taken back to the home page and see that the campaign is in "processing". The processing stage can take up to 30 minutes before the campaign then goes live. At this point you will see a "Live" status next to the campaign on the home page.

Editing Campaigns

You are able to edit campaigns when they are in the "Live", "Draft", or "Inactive" state. When a campaign is in the "Processing" or "Deactivating" state, you will see fields greyed out and you will be unable to edit the campaign. These states are temporary, and typically last a maximum of 30 minutes before the campaign will move into another state and you will be able to edit it.

To edit a campaign, simply click into the campaign from the home page, change your desired inputs, and then click the "Update" button. This button can be found on the "Launch" tab.

To deactivate a campaign, click the "Deactivate" button on any of the "Discount", "UX", or "Launch" tabs.
